This open concept condo is located in an eight (8) unit condo building, steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and restaurants, bars & family attractions.

While the place is small, it is very open and modern with top amentities. Both bedrooms have one (1) queen bed, air conditioning and closets. Please know that the bathroom small, but is very nice and
functional.

The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have recently been renovated and included a 43" smart tv, hi-speed wifi and all new furniture throughout. One of the key benefits is that it comes with your own parking spot & outdoor space with a table and chairs and bench to unwind.

As a benefit, we provide two (2) adult beach badges, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

Perfect beach condo
We had the best stay at Karl’s beach condo. Exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay again!
