Located in one of the newest precincts here at the Vintage, is this
magnificent custom built designed home, overlooking the famous
Greg Norman Design 18-hole championship golf course.Jacoru on 3
is the perfect place to unpack, unwind and enjoy all the Hunter
Valley has to offer! This beautifully styled spacious 5 bedroom, 3
bathroom property has high end quality furnishings throughout,
giving you and your guests a true luxury experience. This home
away from home has flexible bedding configurations with 5 split king
beds (or ten singles), accommodating up to 10 guests.

Jacoru on 3 offers a contemporary, modern way of holidaying while
keeping your family and friends in mind. With its large open plan
living area for everyone to gather, the option of cooking, dining or
just sitting around the sandstone gas fireplace, gives you a great
space to entertain or just chill. You can lazearound in the comfy
lounge area with TV and Foxtel Now, or just gaze out the large
windows overlooking the stunning views of the pool and 3rd tee.
The open plan living then spills out onto the back covered
entertainment area, with a stunning pool and BBQ by simply
opening the sliding doors. For those with a more competitive edge,
there is also a pool table to keep you entertained after a hard day
playing golf or wine tasting.

Take a leisurely walk whilst admiring the mob of kangaroos who
drop by each day for a visit to the precincts Figtree Park, or simply
nurse your chardonnay on the deck while enjoying the surrounding
tree-lined views of the 3rdTee.
