Norman designed, 18-hole championship golf course; this house is
the perfect getaway for any occasion to the Hunter Valley.

Designed for ease of living, the contemporary interiors along with its
split-level layout will instantly let you feel at home while giving you
a truly memorable experience in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Villa Tallawanta showcases 4 beautifully styled bedrooms and 3.5
bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in both
comfort and luxury. Enjoy the generously sized gourmet kitchen
which features a separate butler s pantry and pass-through window,
allowing for the perfect space to host a family dinner or afternoon
barbeque with friends.

Whether you are looking to lounge around by the private pool and
jacuzzi, unwind with a glass of your favourite red by the gas
