PERFECT IN TOWN LOCATION

Situated in the popular Tasman building, is this beautiful modern renovated 3 bedroom unit.  Perfectly located only two blocks from the town centre, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, Break Wall and Town Beach.  

The unit features a large open living, dining area with large balcony with break wall and water views.   Cook up a storm in the modern fully equiped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and lots of bench space.  

There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and ceiling fan, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the 3rd bedroom with ceiling fan (you will need to provide your own sheets, towels and tea towels, linen hire can be arranged). 

The main bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and for your convenience there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The complex also offers a pool, security parking for 1 car and a lift. 

Bedding: King sized bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and a two single beds in the 3rd bedroom (linen is not included but linen hire can be arranged).

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

Excellent in all areas
Location was perfect. Easy walk to everything and quiet of a night too. Apartment was spacious and clean. Well equipped with everything we needed and appreciated the extra child friendly aspects (board games, plastic cutlery and plates etc) Would highly recommend.

Apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything that wa family would need including DVDs and games for adults and kids. Perfect location to walk to shops and beach.

Decor was very nice, beds good. Kitchen utensils need replacing. Repairs needed to balcony doors. Ensuite sink blocked. Lights in bedrooms and bathroom not working. Muck under the dining table and lollies left near lounge. Cleaning not good.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, has a lovely outlook, is really well equipped with books, games, dvds, cleaning products, and the most kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, bowls etc that I have ever seen anywhere. It is walking distance to everything and gets beautiful morning sun in the living area and balcony. We loved our stay here! If the apartment had Wifi, and we could access Netflix etc, then it would be absolutely perfect!

Perfect family friendly unit
We had a great short stay here. The accommodation was nicely renovated and nice and clean and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The place was very affordable and nicely set up for families with games books and toys. We would happily stay here again.
