Welcome to Sandpiper 9 our conveniently located 3 bedroom unit with a pool!

This large three bedroom unit is located within walking distance of everything you may need for your stay in Port Macquarie. A short 800m stroll from Port Macquarie's CBD, 900m from Settlement city shopping centre and just 400m to the beautiful Hastings River and Westport Bowling Club.  Situated on the top floor the views of the local area and Hastings river are exquisite. Please note this building does not have a lift available.

This holiday unit has been designed to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere including the small things like air-conditioner and Wi-Fi, really creating that home away from home feeling. The kitchen has been fully stocked to ensure cooking on your holiday is a breeze, even including a dishwasher to make cleaning up as easy as possible. Outside is a lovely veranda that wraps around the living room and dinning area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon BBQ or evening drink.

The unit consists of 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom consisting of a double bed and an ensuite. Second and Third bedrooms both boasting twin singles.

The property was lovely but not really organised; there was a pantry of old food etc that people had left behind , same as under the sink cupboard, we cleaned out under the sink cupboard. We also mopped through before we left . We would book this again !

Great spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper . It’s not brand new or beautifully staged but felt very homely and comfortable. The unit is in a great , quiet spot with an amazing NE verandah the protected us from the cold westerly winds and had lovely views of the river. It’s a close walk to town and was very well appointed with all the little extras that you need for a weekend away but forgot to bring. We would stay there again.

Close enough to the action, but with plenty of privacy away from the crowds.
Lovely premises, well equipped. Close walk to town. Plenty of room. Lovely outlook. Never really got to use the pool, as it was mostly shaded throughout the day and too cold, but close enough to beaches anyway. Enjoyed our stay 😊
