Unit 69 is located on the second floor and boasts beautiful floating timber floorboards throughout the open plan, air conditioned living and dining area, this area flows onto the balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ facilities and views over the beautiful grounds of the estate.

The unit provides Wifi with a TV, DVD player, CD player and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities. Three decent size bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite.

The main bathroom is a 3 way which provides a separate shower and bath area, toilet and vanity area - making this very versatile and easy living. The unit provides a top loader washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry and parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one off street single car space.

Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court and established gardens and grass areas for the children to play. An easy one minute walk across the road to the child friendly beach with a great playground area, picnic and free BBQ facilities, boat ramp, cafe, restaurant, bar and the popular fish and chips takeaway shop - Bay Parklands is the best beachside holiday location , it provides everything to keep everyone entertained.

Clean unit under cover parking. Close to Little Beach.We used tennis courts spa and table tennis area.Take your own rackets / bats and balls. Had a problem with the washing machine and it’s was repaired within a couple of hours after contacting management. Plenty to do for 3 boys 5 7 and10.

Great location, dated apartment
Property was not entirely clean which was disappointing- socks, sand and bottle tops on floor under furniture and dirty glasses. It was frustrating to only have one key to access property and with 5 adults wanting to go in different directions was challenging. Very hot apartment with one a/c in living area only. For the $$$$ paid wasn’t worth the money.

Good location at little beach
Great spot ideal for families, the apartment was well appointed and very comfortable with good sleeping options for small children .Pool was good and a short stroll to little beach. Have stayed in various appartments in this complex and this one is one of the best despite the fact it’s on the third floor .
