The unit provides a top loader washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry and parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one off street single car space.

Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court and established gardens and grass areas for the children to play. An easy one minute walk across the road to the child friendly beach with a great playground area, picnic and free BBQ facilities, boat ramp, cafe, restaurant, bar and the popular fish and chips takeaway shop - Bay Parklands is the best beachside holiday location , it provides everything to keep everyone entertained.
