There is also a popular picnic area with BBQs and toilet facilities, a great restaurant and bar at Little Beach Marina Boathouse. If youre after the surf beach than beautiful Shoal Bay beach is only a short 600m walk away. If a relaxing coffee is what youre after than the famous Inner Light Tea Rooms are close by, perfect spot to relax with a coffee and their famous fresh scones whilst taking in the breathtaking water views of Port Stephens. Bay Parklands is the ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday where everyones needs are catered for.
There is a spacious, air conditioned open plan living area with TV, DVD player, CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities including BBQ, family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The main bedroom has a renovated ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and the three-way renovated bathroom room has the convenience of providing a full-size bath, shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
