They are currently down to one elevator during the day due to ongoing renovations. Overall, Great hotel. Friendly staff. Close to everything. Highly recommended!

The room is neat and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. While valet service is expensive, it reduces stress. I hope they consider changing the pillows, as they are a bit hard. Overall, it was a good stay for the night.
