This amazing hotel is in a perfect location, had lovely staff, and included a fantastic breakfast. We were upgraded to a gorgeous two-story room and welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine. I’d happily come back!

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed had one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses we have ever slept on. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

We booked a studio room, not knowing the room would not be in the main hotel. The room was large and clean, however it was on the top floor of the building with no elevator, which was very inconvenient. It was disappointing not knowing before we would not be able to enjoy the hotel property and its amenities. We didn’t know breakfast was only included if you stayed in the main hotel and we were offered a “discount” if we wanted to enjoy it which was ridiculous considering we were booked under the same hotel. Staff were nice and room was clean but if I were to book again I would not book within their apartments now knowing it is not a part of the hotel.

Cool boutique hotel in an awesome location. However what stood out the most was the excellent staff! Thank you to Arthur, Gustavo, Sam and the two front desk women (sorry, didn’t catch their names) for treating us so kindly and being so helpful. The customer service and management are outstanding and they truly know how to treat guests in a special way.

I spent a night in the apartments which are part of this hotel - everything was wonderful. The warmest welcome through to the amenities, location, parking 4 mins walk away. I wish I could have stayed longer and would recommend to anyone. Some of my favourite touches were the black tea bags and turndown chocolates! :-)
