Desda reserva, informei ser autista. Quando cheguei, meu quarto 2, só a tomadada frigobar funcionava, entao falei com a recepção que me trocou de quarto, mas ciente que eu passaria p o quarto de cima a pedido meu no dia seguinte e aguardava limpeza. O recepcionista do dia seguinte, me tratou com pouco caso e queria que eu esperasse ele receber 50 pessoas para me entregar a chave do quarto. Com o descaso dele, tive uma crise na recepção onde me senti muito constrangida. Vi total despreparo para lidar com neurotipicos (autistas)

Hotel bom para dormir e tomar café da manhã, não para ficar nele alguma parte do dia. Atendimento perfeito. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. As instalações do quarto não são boas, peguei um quarto que possuía ainda ar condicionado de janela e o barulho era insuportável, mas como chegava das praias muito cansado deu para aguentar. Pessoal da limpeza sempre troca toalhas e roupa de cama. Café da manhã é bom e simples.

Boa tarde !! Foi uma experiência não muito boa.Pedimos limpeza dos quartos , porém limpavam só o chão e o banheiro a cama lençóis permaneciam os mesmos. e as toalhas rasgadas.O atendimento na recepção muito boa .O café da manhã maravilhoso . Infelizmente as demais coisas deixaram a desejar .

A localizacao é otima, a pousada e linda por fora, mas dentro dos quartos sem condições. Banheiro sem box, tive que solicitar a troca do registro da torneira da pia pq estava quebrado, registro do chuveiro quebrado, banheiro com cheiro horrivel de esgoto mesmo após limpeza, cesto de lixo sem tampa, atendimento da recepção razoavel, a limpeza e tão boa que tinha roupa do hóspede anterior no quarto que fiquei.

Pos no mi gusto nada el aire acondicionado muy viejo hacia un ruido horrible que no pudimos dormir ,la tapadera del Bater estava rota y cuando sentamos nos hacia daño , vaya una pena luego el desayuno super bien pero para mi punto de vista el hotel necesitaba un mantenimiento gracias

Decepcionante.
Atendimento dos funcionários muio bom. Requisito de conforto esta bem longe de ser 3 estelas. A cama antiga de madeira, bem como toda a mobilia e toalhas, porém o pior foi os colchoes extremamente velho e desconfortável. Pedimos para trocar os colchões ou o quarto nao fomos atendidos Sobre o café é bom porem 1hora antes do termino nao repõem o buffet principalmente os sucos. Caso precise tomar água fora do horários de café não vai conseguir o hotel não fornece nem mesmo para comprar. A localização é boa porem é facil achar outros muito próximo com voles semelhantes e qualidade superior.

Não gostei pois é muito longe do centro, chuveiro horrível, descarga prende e fica desperdiçando água,tem que pedir para trocar as toalhas, móveis com cupim,o que salva é o café da manhã que é bem variado e gostoso,os funcionários são mais ou menos e a piscina apesar de pequena é boa.

Muito ruim , o hotel tem uma boa localização, mas uma administração péssima .. no primeiro dia o ar condicionado não funcionou e tivemos que nos estressar muito para uma solução, em nenhum dia havia toalhas de praia disponíveis, apesar de ser um serviço do hotel e em um dia nem toalhas de banho havia !!!!

O Quarto poderia ser melhor pelo valor pago.
Funcionários nota mil! Café nota mil! Piscina não frequentei! Sobre o quarto, o colchão surrado me dava dor nas costas e sorte que tinha uma cama de solteiro extra que me fez dormir em cama separada a da minha esposa a maior parte das noites(3 de 4). Tv e telefone de contato com a recepção nao funcionavam. Infiltrações na parede e porta de entrada agarrando e sem acabamento interno e no banheiro um pequeno quebrado no acrílico do box faz a agua escorrer para o banheiro.
