My experience was wonderful & I would stay there again . You didn’t have to check out till 12:00, the pool was open till 11pm & breakfast was served till 10am. It was an $11.00 Uber ride to downtown Portsmouth , great time !

Liked the stay. Pool was nice addition to the hotel. Only negative was people smoking weed constantly outside and in Rooms. Our hallway smelled like febreeze covering up weed. Keep the trash away from your hotel.

Some loud people on our floor at night ruined an otherwise good experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and competent. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was standard. Please add bagels to your menu items, and brown sugar.

The lobby looks very nice. The hotel rooms and hallways require updating and cleaning as there are musty smells. The front desk and hotel staff are lovely and accomodating. We realized the toilet wasnt working when we checked in but had to leave right away. They offered to change our room and had already had it fixed upon our return.

Not quite right
We were greeted with a very pleasant and friendly check-in clerk. However, upon check-in, it was clear to us that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were remnants (and I'll leave it at that) of the previous occupants. That was enough to gross my wife out and she wasn't comfortable staying. It was late and we had traveled the whole day, we just went to bed. Hotel was dated and it is not in Portsmouth (it's close), but it's not Portsmouth. It was located in a pretty industrial/commercial area. The common areas were tidy, and it seemed like the owners attempted to keep the property up, it's just dated. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and breakfast was good. Not a total loss, but after we saw that the bathroom was not clean, we were grossed out and not terribly comfortable to stay.
