We got a free upgrade which was awesome right off the bat. Service was awesome, very very kind people. Unfortunately, our bed had a case of bed bugs. We woke up withs several bites the last night of our stay. This was very unfortunate because other than that, this hotel was awesome and a 10/10. The breakfast was really good and had gluten free options!

The perfect stay
Lovely Hotel with friendly staff and super clean with a great breakfast. It was so close to the main square and close to public transport. This hotel really made our wonderful stay at Prague very special.

This hotel is conveniently located a block away from a busy tram stop. It is also very walkable to the old part of Prague. It was nice having a good breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable but the only downside is the odd shower/tub. The tub is very high up (so it's a bit precarious) and does not have a full shower door (so water goes all over the place).
