The room was damp and smelt foisty. The hotel looked old and tired. Carpets were frayed and old. Door didn't lock properly. Room wasn't very clean and was dated. The menu was exorbitantly over priced as were drinks. I checked out and booked a Holiday Inn nearby. When I said I was checking out, none of the staff asked why, they were more bothered about who to hand the room key to.

Staff and front of house all lovely and clean. However my room is full of spider webs and damp. The kettle contains mould and looks like the mirror does too? There is so many bugs and even marks on the bedsheets. The bed is like sleeping in a hammock it’s that dipped. Nothing like the pictures or 4* once past reception. I’m disappointed

Old, worn ... needs updating.
Old decor in need of refurb. Stains, items below beds and left over in shower. Carpet lose between rooms, trip hazard that did its job. Poor. Breakfast was overly expensive for the portion. Not alloeed more than alloted amount. Then forgot to come back woth cpffee.

The hot Breakfast although plentiful was barely warm, and the EV charging a joke, 6 bays occupied by 5 petrol cars and one Ev which wasn't even plugged in, why ask for Reg no's if as you say you can't do anything about it!!!
