Got there late night and there was nobody at the front desk hotels.com called them to try to get somebody to come to the front desk to check me in and that did not work. I ended up not staying there because I could not check in And they refused to refund my money

It was sufficient for the price I was however not happy with the breakfast options, we booked here because it had breakfast included only to find out that breakfast consists of coffee, packaged muffins, Kellogg's cereal bars and Quaker oatmeal packets.

I've stayed here plenty times and it has always been a great experience. The rooms I've stayed in have always been very well cleaned. Haven't had any issues at all. Check in is always quick and easy. Beds are always very comfortable. Cleanliness is huge for me when it comes to hotels. As for anyone else of course. Sheets and towels are always good and clean. No stains or anything. Will definitely be booking again. It's my usual place to stay around this area. Only thing I recommend is updating the showers and soaps that are provided. Besides that, all is great.
