All Departments were fabulous.
The bartenders were fantastic. Friendly and informative. Valets took great care of my vehicle that was having issues. Room was immaculate. Front desk staff were very friendly.

We thought the hotel seemed very nice. The check in was a bit strange, with a charge of $75 with no explanation what it was for. During our stay the elevators broke and we had to use the service elevators. We also did not receive any new soap though our room was made up. During our lunch, I was overcharged by almost $80 and it turns out our tab was merged with another groups and we were charged a corporate tip. The service at the restaurant was good during breakfast, poor during lunch. Overall, it was an ok stay but not sure we will be back.

Love the whole Graduate vibe - it's a young, hip, Harry Potter feel and we loved it! Of course, being new, there were some start up issues that we're confident will get addressed in time (....such as elevator not working when we arrived at night, no snacks available and no bigger rooms to upgrade to) but the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Would totally recommend!
