Everything was pretty good for just using it as a place to stay for the night. only issue we had was our room smelt a little odd when we first entered but went away shortly after. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean

Honestly, I like this hotel. This is a clean and nice place to stay but the management needs to provide customer service training for certain front desk staff. A staff yelled at me over the phone. I wish he could have done it in my face so I could identify him and file a complaint with the hotel management, to correct such behavior

The definition of middle of the road. PROS: Clean rooms, no weird smells. Fairly quiet location, ample parking. CONS: Beds were ancient box spring mattresses and pretty uncomfortable. These need to be replaced. Rooms had huge space but zero furniture, I.E. no chair, loveseat, desk, microwave or mini fridge just a giant void that i thought was a breakdancing floor. Internet speed was really poor. Could not watch video at 720p. Had to lower quality to 480p or lower. I tried asking for an extra pillow as i am a side sleeper who uses one between my legs for my back support, and was told "WE DON'T ALLOW MORE PILLOWS." Which honestly ive never heard before from a place ive stayed at. If any of these things change, especially if they get some memory foam beds or at least new mattresses it goes up to 4 stars for that alone. This could be a great location with a little TLC and investment. -E

Hotel staff was amazing! Got there early due to a ball game, and was able to check into our room early...which was a big help! The maid asked if we required any cleaning or new towels on the 2nd day. Property is safe and in a fairly quiet area. Not too many food options new by, but they were all a short drive away. We will definitely be back...thank you!
