The property is always quiet and staff are very nice. The only downside was the freezer was challenging nothing was able to freeze, no ice. The wifi connection was not good. Because of past experiences, we only connected one item. It kicks you out after a couple of hours to ask for you to sign in again. That sucked! Especially if you are watching a good movie.

After driving 9 1/2 hours we had to wait an hour for check in. The was shut down for awhile. The room needed dusting and update is also needed.

I like the geographical location. The unit was dirty and was not cleaned. The bathrooms smelled like urine and the dirt was evident. The balcony needs to be cleaned and painted. We paid for a downstairs unit, but was put in an upstairs unit.

First of all it took forever to check in then it stormed so they weren’t able to make a door key due to stormy weather so security had to come let us in after we drove around in a thunderstorm we drove around and around and could not find the unit we were suppose to stay in the lady at registration wrote the wrong address we finally were able to get in and ate dinner at 11:00 pm.

Maybe it will improve once remodeled but in its current state I would not stay again. We had to change rooms when we arrived...the first room had black stuff in the tub, loose door thresholds, couch looked like it had been shredded material frayed all over it and frayed carpet. The next room was a little better, I still tried to find different accomodations but neighboring resorts were booked. We have a crawling toddler...when he was on the carpet his knees and feet were black. The tub had black mildew breaking loose from the faucets...I ended up scrubbing that down so that my child could bathe! The beds were the hardest I have ever laid on... Staff was very nice and was the only plus to the trip. The pool was nice but they need some more attention...the property is in process of transferring ownership and it really shows that it doesn't have anyone taking ownership of the moment.

First they gave me the wrong room twice finally got it right the third time. Then we had no washcloths the whole stay kept saying they were out,plus my room had a shirt on the dresser left by the previous tenants.

Overall it was an okay stay, as we were not bothered constantly about going to the time share breakfast and were left to come and go as we pleased. We appreciate that there was a problem with hot water and someone was there to look at it in less than an half hour. They fixed it while we were out and had hot showers that night. Yeah! The biggest complaints were about sound proofing, needing an update and the parking. Most nights we could not park near our building or ones near it and had to walk from farther away and this was very inconvenient and pretty sure everyone had same issue. Many years ago we stayed at the resort and it was quiet and just updated; however, this time could hear our upstairs neighbors all night and the room needed some repairs and updates.

Room was dirty, hair in tub and marks in tub food crumbs still left on chair in dining area. Check in was at 4pm we were told before arrival early check in would be available between the hours of 1:30-2pm. We did not check in our room until 5pm because they said it was sold out the night before and had to do a deep clean on the rooms——- the deep clean couldn’t have been that extreme for our check in to be a hour later with a STILL dirty room…. Would not recommend, you get what you pay for will never return.
