We had two restless nights because of the foam pillows. After the first night, we asked for feather pillows but they replaced the foam pillows with more foam pillows. Also, the ice they said would be delivered to our room was not delivered.

Everything you could ask for in a stay!
We booked the Beatrice for a one stay and it did not disappoint. From the service to the amenities it was one of the best experiences my partner and I have ever had in a hotel (and he is a major hotel snob). We would highly recommend staying and we look forward to staying the next time we are in providence.
