You looking for a place thats central close cab ride down to grace bay a short cab ride to saphodilla bat beach which is amazing liked better than grace bay.

The area around Zenza is still growing but has limited options for dining and entertainment. You have to go to Grace bay for that. Building is new and clean. I wish they offered a proper breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a good value and is ideal for those who want quiet away from the crowds.

Very modern loved the feel and the view of the canal from our room also loved the mini free breakfast, very convenient, some of the staff was not helpful but others were good. Better customer service is needed & the sliding door to the bathroom does not stay close so no privacy

what we loved was the roof deck solitude and amazing views. The hoteli tself is quite lovely with very friendly stafff If there was a recomendation, it would be to have a safer step down from the hotel to the walkway along the water Also, the complimentary breakfast pastries and fruit need to be paced a bit more conveniantly rather than tucked into a corher by reception - made for a bit of awkwardness

Local staff on reception were put out if you asked them for anything. The rooms were clean and modern but various items not working or out of battery etc. Continental breakfast is terrible but fortunately there is a nice cafe across the car park

Beautiful View of the Marina

The Hotel was in a great location. We had a view of the marina which was beautiful. The hotel had umbrellas to rent to take to the beach was a great option to offer guest. I would highly recommend Zenza. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

A nice hotel in an ok area, but despite being quite a new a number of things were not working or wearing well. Several local staff were very rude and disengaged. Breakfast is terrible dont even bother - there is a nice cafe across the car park.

The room was great but the service not so much. When we checked in, took a while before someone was there to even check us in. Then the cleaning crew left out door open after they were done and we were out. We didn’t get back till that evening and found the door open. Not once was I able to call the front desk and have someone actually answer. The penthouse suite was nice though and we were very comfortable. We also liked the fact that it was quiet there in the evening.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Zenza. The hotel looks brand new, the room sizes are good, the staff is so friendly. We had a room over looking the marina and it was so beautiful to sit on the balcony with the view. We interacted with Mario at the front desk alot. He would do anything for us and went over and above to make arrangements for us. He is a valuable asset to the hotel. The restaurants within walking distance are all fabulous!
