We went to relax and we booked a premium room with a beach view our room was modern and had a beautiful view we love the beach and enjoyed every moment we spent there the resort is lovely and very well kept the food options were also very good, we tried the Mexican and Italian and really enjoyed the Mexican food Near the pool there was a snack bar which was also very good and close to our rooms the pool was huge there were lots of kids in the pool which made it splashy and busy we felt like the water was cloudy compared to other resorts we have been to but we preferred the Ocean anyways There were lots of places to sit and relax everywhere and there were plenty of opportunities to share good times with the ones you love Overall the stay was great and i would rate it excellent Thank You for the hospitality

The pool bartenders were so nice and accommodating ! Staff at breakfast were very good and the omelette maker was great! Entertainment t was fun and engaging .

Although the staff is very kind, we found that the property is in need of much work. They are working on renovating all of their rooms, but having received a renovated room and having broken items, such as the closet, was not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness was also questionable, although the appearance of cleanliness is given, when focusing on the details, specifically in the bedroom i.e. the furniture in the bedroom, the walls in the bathroom, it begs to differ (what appeared to be construction debris still apparent on the renovated bathroom walls), really a lack to detail. Note, the bed and sheets were clean. The A/C in our room was also in good working order. I may be very particular, but expecting 5 star quality and receiving 3 can be disappointing. In term of service and food, I would rate this hotel slightly higher, maybe 3.5-4 star. The cleanliness in the main food halls for lunch, dinner, and the restaurants were acceptable. Many options were available and the food was kept presentable. In terms of the snack options, arriving during this time, left a huge negative impression, the food was not very well presented, extremely sloppy to say the least. The grounds, at first sight, look beautiful, upon focusing on the details you will quickly notice that there are some opportunities i.e. The main pool needs some work. Overall, if you expect to arrive to a 3 star hotel, these details will seem insignificant and you will enjoy your time.

I just spent 4 days and 3 nights here and loved it. The entertainment staff is amazing and there is always something to do or see every night with dancing involved. They play many games and give it bottles of the local liquor. I went with my sister and we really enjoyed ourselves. We will return!
