Family vacation
Second time here , its my go to resort when i visit my wifes family in santiago. I believe iberostar is the best resort in puerto plata. I dont have anything negative to say its a small resort with everything you need .

There should be light upon going to the rooms in the night time after dinner or disco night it’s always dark and unsafe you don’t know what can happen while walking to the room .

The staff is very nice. The room Was cleaned everyday with clean towels. The rooms are very outdated with very poor lighting. There were also very few plugs for chargers. The entertainment is good at night.

The staff were friendly , the food was good, but the hotel needs to update , everything looks old , the room was terrible, beds old, poor air conditions. The bathroom was old, even the garbage can was moldy.the room smells like moldy. The beach was dirty. I would not go back there again.
