Had a great time and would go back. Room was good with great AC. Overall the staff was excellent with only a handful that didn’t want to be there. Did get a little tired of the upselling but even that wasn’t over the top

Very good hotel and staff was amazing. Hotel just needs a bit upkeeping and a/c needs to be fixed.

The best of the property is the Butler service along with the facilities and restaurants. If you're a gluten free person you might find it a bit difficult to get good stuff for you, specially pastry but the restaurant teams will def try to help
