Rarely does a home tick so many boxes: The recent remodelling of the interior has created a luxurious modern space that feels stylish yet homely and the central location will have you in downtown Queenstown in just moments. An entertainers dream with stunning views, a fabulous art collection and a spectacular outdoor space makes this property one not to be missed.
As you enter the main home and ascend to the first floor, the staircase opens up to the spacious open plan living and dining room, complete with a large open fireplace, and a fully stocked modern kitchen with a gas fireplace and coffee table lounge area. Adjoining the kitchen there is also a pool table which can be enjoyed by guests. Facing West on this first floor the expansive lake views command attention, whilst the East opens up to the beautiful sheltered patio and outdoor entertaining area, complete with a large BBQ grill, an open fireplace, lounge set and a dining area which can be covered by a retractable awning.
There are six bedrooms in this home. Four bedrooms in the main home: the master suite is on the first floor and enjoys a large en suite with bath tub and a generous walk in wardrobe. Upstairs on the second floor, the second bedroom offers spectacular lake views, a large terrace and an in-room bathroom.
