Modern and spacious detached house near the bay of Quiberon, isolated in a flower garden, recently built (2007).
The house has been specially designed for parents' holidays with their young children, with games, a flowered and enclosed garden, away from all traffic.

It is a cozy, cozy "little nest" (it is not an old house that would have been "recycled" and refurbished to rent), very comfortable, with a very complete equipment, with electrical appliances and branded dishes. The bedding is of very high quality: this is one of the highlights of this rental.

The house Armor is remarkably placed near the hiking trails. The GR 34 goes to 150 m.
The GR 34 is the hiking trail that goes around Brittany and the peninsula of Quiberon.
From the Armor House, we offer at least 7 beautiful hiking and biking that will make you discover the Bay of Quiberon, the Wild Coast and all the interior of the peninsula

NB: "small house" means house easy maintenance, without loss of space, but with large rooms to live and, above all, a large master suite at R de Ch. (double room 'king size' bed - bathroom 'en suite' with Italian shower - separate raised toilet - with a large bay window overlooking the terrace). "

It has been built, since its construction, to accommodate disabled PMR- disabled: no elevation of the street on the ground floor (it is absolutely flat - no de-elevation) -
 wide doors - floor shower with special chair - 2 sinks, one at 62.5 cm, WC high. . Upon request, we will provide you with a list of medical equipment suppliers. Contact us for more photos and descriptions on special equipment.

Detached house (not attached, no neighbors, except ourselves at 60 m, completely independent, in our garden), far from the street or any road, spacious, including:

a) on the ground floor, without level difference:

1 garden, 1 large sunny terrace and shaded, parking, 1 large living room / kitchen and 1 very large room 'en suite', with a bathroom and 2 sinks, one at 62.5 cm from the floor, 1 shower Italian + adjoining private WC, all separate doors 90 cm) .- 2 beds of 90 cm that can be paired with a fitted sheet of 180 to form 1 large double bed of 180.

upstairs:

1 bedroom on the lower floor, 2 twin beds 90 cm, with shower, separate WC and washbasin

 1 mezzanine. with 2 seater leather sofa without metal frame, hard foam mattress. It is a rest area, reading. and an extra bedroom.

'The essential qualities of Maison Armor are a great comfort and absolute calm. We especially neat bedding, because the holidays are made primarily to rest. (Either to sleep or simply to stroll, generally spend almost half the day in the room or in bed for the holidays). '

For hygiene reasons, we ask you to bring your own sheets. However, if you do not want it, we can rent it on site.
As a matter of hygiene and cleanliness, it is forbidden to sleep without a sheet, duvet cover, or pillowcases, even on the underpads, or to use the bed cover as a blanket. Think of the following!
Failure to comply with this measure will result in a partial non-refund of the deposit to cover cleaning costs.

Particularity: in the living room, facing the TV, we installed a bench that allows to have a straight position, relieving for the back.

For safety, we installed an automatic operated gate at the end of the aisle facing the Corsairs.
For safety always: we must move from our house to access it. The rental house is not visible from the street, nestled in the garden.

Bright house (large windows). 80 m from the street, 350 m from the beautiful family beaches of the Bay of Quiberon (beaches of Kermorvan and Castéro), 800 m from a "super" sandy beach (Porigo Beach, near the Sailing school). But there are 21 beaches in Quiberon, including the large beach at 1500 m.
Close to shops and town center (900 m). CASINO supermarket at 300m.

Away from the big summer crowds. Kermorvan is a small quiet village, located near the city center and the family beaches of the bay of Quiberon (calm sea, sheltered from the ocean)

The House has been designed for people with reduced mobility (doors 90 cm - no 'stall' - sinks 2 heights, high toilets, shower floor, etc ...

The Armor House is a holiday home, usually designed for two adults and two children. (A master suite on the R D C and a twin bedroom on the upper floor. As it is spacious, it is of course possible, exceptionally, to reside in several (up to 6, however). But it is not designed for 4 adults who would spend all their time indoors

Semaine avec le beau temps du 01/06 au au 08/06. Visites sur Carnac, La Trinité, Auray (Saint Goustan), Belle Île en Mer avec location d'un véhicule avec Driv'In. Visites également de Quimper et Benodet. Sainte-Anne d'Auray.Sans oublier Pont Aven où a vecu et travaillé Paul Gauguin. Bref, super séjour.

Un séjour ressourçant, un accueil de roi !(reine 😉)
Qu'une semaine de vacances , mais la qualité était au RV avec en prime le soleil. Les propriétaires nous ont reçu comme des rois, avec le meilleur far breton jamais mangé ! Comme indiqué sur l'annonce, une fois arrivée, on a plus besoin de la voiture (sauf excursion bien sûr). La maison est cosy, et très calme. Loin de tous bruits. Le propriétaire s'est très gentiment proposé pour me louer mon rollator qui m'attendait à mon arrivée. La maison peut se rendre accessible pour nombreux handicaps, bien en parler avec les propriétaires avant à la réservation, pour qu'il fignole en détail l'accessibilité. J'étais avec 2 ados de 15 ans, et + un jeune couple 18/20ans. Tout le monde est revenu ravi du séjour. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires !

Schöne Woche auf Quiberon
Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Nette Vernieter und ein schöner Garten. Vieles ist von hier fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft könnte allerdings mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Eine Sonnenmarkise über der Terasse könnte auch nicht schaden.

Semaine à Quiberon
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Pierre à Quiberon. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture au logement et faire beaucoup à pied (proximité de commerces, restaurants, plages) et le logement est idéal pour se reposer, il y fait très calme et le jardin est très agréable ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pierre et son épouse. Merci à vous !

Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillies et ont été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long du séjour, merci beaucoup Marie-Andrée et Pierre. La maison, tout confort, est très bien placée, dans une impasse on ne peut plus calme, proche du centre de Quiberon et de l'Océan. La région est magnifique.

Ruhige, zentrale Lage. Relativ kurze Wege zum Meer und in die Stadt
Das Ferienhaus steht im Garten der Gastgeber. Für zwei Personen ist es absolut perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personen. Wir hatten das Vergnügen eine Einladung zu bekommen zum Aperitif und zu bretonischen Snacks. Insgesamt war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die vorne wohnen und das hintere Gartenhaus ausgebaut haben. Ein Schlafzimmer unten sehr schön, Duschbad sehr schön aber geht von diesem Zimmer ab. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock ist sehr warm, ein Bullauge, sonst kein Fenster zum rausschauen, Viel Schräge, schwer zu stehen. Toilette im Zimmer. Terrasse sehr nett. Lage sehr ruhig. Für ein Paar optimal.
