Uniquely situated on over 4acres a striking contemporary home is conveniently located only a short distance from both the famed Falls Lake recreation area where you can launch your boat, have a lake side picnic, zipline, kayak or go fishing and the chic and trendy shopping & dining areas of North Hills. Only 15 min drive from airport. In addition to thoughtful integration of its indoor and outdoor spaces, the home has been designed with luxury and elegant simplicity in mind. Visitors enter the grounds from a private gate, and are greeted by several outdoor seating areas and a private heated outdoor pool. Perfect both for entertaining and exclusive retreats, you will love imagining how best to inhabit this beautiful space during your stay. Inside, an open chef's kitchen flows outward to a light-filled dining area and onwards to a deep living room, featuring gorgeous woodwork vaulted ceilings, skylights and full pane of windows to soak in sunlight all day. Also on the main floor is a bright bedroom with two twin beds and sliding glass doors leading to a wood deck just off the pool. This suite is adjoined by a jack-n-jill full bathroom and another bedroom suite with a King size bed. Up the stairs, you will find the luxurious master retreat, sitting room, private office, and master level upper sundeck to enjoy an early morning latte while watching the sunrise or a cup or herbal teas while enjoying the sunset. The master suite spa inspired bathroom with teak floors & rainshower and skylights over the top is sure to provide the ultimate setting for relaxation.

The worst experience ever. They cut the power and everything. SMDH. They watched us on camera. Walk around the house and took pictures. Worst.....
