The staff at this hotel were AMAZING. So friendly and attentive. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes. Malcolm at reception was so apologetic and offered my daughter and I a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited for our room. Breakfast was included in our booking and the breakfast buffet was sensational. We also had complimentary drinks and food for happy hour on the pool deck. It is a great location to watch sunset. Could not fault this property for location, food, staff and amenities. I hope we can return one day.

"Up the hill. Fresh and cool air. Can see the mount Kinabalu. It is a 2-storeyed with wooden floor foundation upstair. Can hear the moving steps sound of people from upstair especially at night. Will disturb our sleep at mid night."
