They gave us a room with drain smell at first but then they were nice enough to change our room. For the price and location it was overall an average experience. I had fun but they can improve on the quality of certain things.

Not enough buggies
Nice hotel, fortunately with an adults pool as there were a lot of children. Food was good. Gym good although lacking a few machines I'm used to. Sauna area good too. There is a buggy service to get you around the resort. As previous reviewers mentioned there are just not enough of them so you find yourself hanging a round waiting a lot. And in 40+ temperatures that's not fun. It's a bit dissapointing because the management must clearly be aware of this from previous reviews.
