Absolutely beautiful hotel, and some of the best service you'll find anywhere. Located in a relatively calm part of New Delhi, in the diplomatic area, which was a nice reprieve. Masala chai in the morning was out of this world good. Highly recommend!

Not as great as one would expect. Requests not always met. Service slow. Doesnā€™t really live up to being the best hotel in the city. Management tried to ā€œhelpā€, but I donā€™t feel that the overall feedback was met as it should have been. Plus, no overall compensation provided from errors they made.
