Make sure that you are getting the bed/room that you reserved. We reserved a king bed but ended up getting a queen bed in a king room. The front desk clerk didn't think that it was a problem that we didn't get the bed we had reserved.

Rooms were roomy. Beds were big and comfy. We watched Notre Dame beat Texas A & M on TV in the room. Of the six hotels we stayed at in an 8 day road trip, this one had the best free breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Problem 1, the elevator didn't work, would have been nice to know going in but staying on the second floor wasn't bad. Next, the entry way door we used didn't lock so anyone could come into the hotel if they pleased. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were cold, the sausages were rubbery. Other than that we had no other problems with our stay.

From the beginning. There was no one at the front desk . Then I was told I had to leave a $100 deposit for my room . That wasn’t a problem but when I got in the room it had a smell of smoke and mildew…. And then the bed was broken and and the pillow was not comfortable…. I guess you get what you pay for …. I never had this experience with a comfort inn before

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Elevator was broken but my party had no problems using stairs. Room was clean but not spotless. TV remote battery cover was covered with blue painters tape. Remote worked with a little extra TLC. Hotel was useful for our needs for the trip.

10 minutes from Kings Dominion, good hot breakfast
Just down the highway (10 minutes) from King's Dominion theme park with lots of shopping, dining options available around the hotel (within walking distance). The breakfast area was a decent since with a decent selection of options, including hot options with make your own waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage.
