To see Marolada is amazing. Albergo Malga Ciapela Is a great place to start. The hotel is simple and have everything you need. You can walk to the mountain or take the shuttle provided. The room is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. This is a simple hotel, but it has a sauna, a beautiful lounge, and dining room. The detail that sets this a part from the others? The staff! They are kind and accommodating and really make you feel welcomed. Oh, and the chef. The dinners were fantastic and the wine and beer were reasonably priced and really good. I'll be back. I'll be back!

Hotel looks slightly dated, and the breakfast were served poorly regarding the current situation. But this hotel has a indoor fireplace which pays for all other disadvantages. It is nice to come back to fireplace after a day of skiing and get warm fast!

Great location, price, and breakfast!
I booked this hotel at the last minute because of the price, and I will definitely stay there again. It seems to be family-run, and all of the staff whom I encountered were very helpful. The views are incredible. The breakfast was amazing. It is 2 minutes walk to the cable car and just steps from the entrance to the gorge.

Great little hotel, not the newest but friendly and good food and services. Location was great for some semi-serious cycling but would be good for hikers too. Elevation is good for summer temperatures (cool even when it's hot down in valleys).
