Agréable gîte typique
Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend en famille (6 personnes) dans ce gîte très agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé, et rénové avec goût et authenticité. Le propriétaire s'est rendu disponible pour nous donner toutes les indications nécessaires malgré ses vacances et a rendu notre arrivé tardive très agréable en venant allumer le gîte malgré la nuit

Erholsame Gegend. Cooles altes Haus. Kleiener Garten ist ok. Schönes Dorf. Schöne Radwege.
Empfang und Abschied fanden nicht statt. Der Vermieter hat sich auch nie gemeldet. Sauberkeit nicht so toll, tropfende Wasseranschlüsse, kaputter Duschschlauch, Glühbirnen zum Teil kaputt, im grossen und Ganzen lieblos. Internet war nicht vorhanden und wurde auf Anfrage auch nicht geliefert

Très beau village, séjour et visites agréables. Cependant nous sommes déçus par le logement. Propriétaires inexistants, nous ne les avons pas vu ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Il manquait la télévision, la propriétaire nous a dit par message qu'elle allait nous en récupérer une mais nous ne l'avons jamais vu. Douche moisie et flexible de douche HS.

La maison même est magnifique, mur en pierre et poutres en bois. Seul bémol c'est la propreté. Cuisine pas top, four dégueulasse qu'on a du nettoyer à fond nous même . Le lave linge et lave vaisselle qui ne marchent pas bien. Literie très sale. Tuyau de douche presque cassé.. Heureusement qu'il y avait les loisirs. Si non semaine agréable dans ce beau village

à l'arrivée une pancarte à vendre est accrochée au bâtiment le propriétaire ne peut pas vous joindre par téléphone seul contact téléphonique : l'avant-dernier jour, elle a appelé pour demander si les acheteurs pouvaient passer bâtiment pas en ordre avec détecteurs de fumée / détecteurs d'incendie les photos sont périmées et ne correspondent pas à la réalité

Pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Bretagne pas très loin de la côte
Malgré un temps qui s'annonçait problématique, nous avons pu faire de belles découvertes à quelques kms autour de Rochefort, que cela soit avec La Gacilly, parc de Branféré ... À vous de découvrir, il y a de quoi faire. Et la mer reste à 3/4 d'heure.

Totale déception pour ce gîte. Annulation de la propriétaire à peine 24h avant . Idem pour le site de location Abritel qui nous a proposé deux gîtes pour 8 personnes à 20km alors que notre premier choix se situé à à peine 50m du lieu de réception pour le mariage de notre fils. Les seuls contacts pour l'annulation ont été fait par mail autant pour la propriétaire que pour Abritel. Alors que tous les deux avaient mes coordonnées téléphoniques. J'ai même proposé de m'occuper du ménage et d'aller chercher les clefs par exemple chez l'hôte de notre réception de mariage situé à 50m. A part les mille excuses d'Abritel... Aucune aide efficace à moins de 24h d'un mariage. GRANDE DÉCEPTION. Nous attendons qu'Abritel nous offre une indemnisation à la hauteur du préjudice.

Nice cottage, bad service
The cottage is very cozy, the area is great. However, we had some bad experiences: - no info on how to get there, google routes wrong, tip: approach from the south. - no info on handing over the key, we then found it in the (locked) mailbox. - object was not cleaned. - no bed linen/towels. owner initially reacted negatively, then promised help, then no longer answered. after two days, bed linen was brought, which was dirty. - service of the booking portal (chat, phone) was not available at all. Since we could help ourselves (unfortunately expensive), the rest of the stay was then but still nice.

Très agréable, bien situé, très calme mais a revoir la vaisselle (casserole) et une petite essoreuse à salade serait là bienvenue et juste besoin d’une précision sur les dosettes à café.

Gîte bien conçu et bien situé
Le gîte est plutôt bien conçu et a gardé le charme de l'ancien. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre et de l'étang ainsi que de d'autres sites ( parc préhistorique de Malensac par exemple). Seul bémol, l'ensemble des ustensiles de cuisine ( poêles et casseroles) serait à changer.

Logement vraiment sympa et bien situé
Le logement mélange le moderne et l'ancien. Personnellement j'aime bcp. Le logement se situe en bas du village donc au calme. Plusieurs petits parkings juste à coté donc ça c'est pas mal. La VMC fait un peu de bruit la nuit au deuxième étage et l'isolation phonique est moyenne. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien. Dommage que l'hôte nous ai oublié le jour de notre arrivé pour la remise des clefs... Je recommande tout de même cette location de caractère.

Propriété très bien située tout près du centre de Rochefort
Maison spacieuse, les chambres sont grandes, l'équipement est satisfaisant ; petit bémol, il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
