The Apartment was lovely and Simone was very helpful only down side was we were unable to leave our baggage so had 6 hrs of walking around Rome with bags. think there was a slight communication problem.

An absolutley perfect location walking distances to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain and the Metro that gets you to anywhere else like the Colosseum, Forum and the Vatican. Great restaurant's too.

Central location was great & security was excellent. Shower didn't have lots of hot water & did go hot and cold during use. Kitchen area was tiny & required some manoeuvring. Also, heating system made unusual noise every hour or so. Internet was slow.

Very secure inside the Singapore Embassy. Very central to Rome sites via walking. Lovely to step straight out onto busy streets day and night. Beds and linen all fresh, clean and lovely. Room felt airy - and that photo is for the expensive garden apartment. BUT - if you're going to rent an apartment with the ability to cook a meal or just make a hot drink then you need to provide actual cups, saucers, plates, knives etc. We found ONE cup. Also, the furniture was pretty worn - one chair actually broke under me: the couch a bit unclean.

Great place to stay in Roma!
We loved having our own little apartment in Rome! Very private and cozy. We walked to everything that we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops around.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to visit, and we were close to shops, restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the basic necessities were provided for a pleasant stay, and I loved the small patio.

The property is very conveniently located right in the centre of Rome and close to the spanish steps. However, the limited use of English by the manager made communication difficult. As an apartment, the property doesn't have a permanent check in desk and because our flight and transport from the airport delayed and we were charged a late check in fee, which I charge amount wasn't mentioned in the late check in fees. As a result, our check in process wasn't pleasant.

Stayed for 6 nights. Very welcoming when we arrived. Great location - walking distance to everything (only used a cab for arrival/departure from Rome). Travelled with an 8-month old. Bed upstairs very comfy and crib was provided. Man at concierge was very friendly. Negatives: the day we left our 8 month old woke up with bite marks on her face and left hand - once we left we brought her to a doctor who confirmed they were bug bites. We asked for an additional roll of toilet paper and it never came as well as extra garbage bags. There is no hot water on the main level, lots of dust hanging from the stove fan, damage to the walls in the shower and the pullout couch is quite dirty and could use a good cleaning. The apartment is also lacking cleaning items, dishwasher solution, broom, and dish towels. Finally, we noticed that they charge extra for any additionals (Ex towel) and $70 euro for an airport shuttle which we left on a Sunday and didn’t schedule early enough so went to find a taxi’s (a 5 min walk away) we found out taxi’s charge a flat rate of $48 - much more affordable. Overall location is awesome but we wouldn’t book again as our daughter has bites on her.

pleasant apartment in lovely area
Had not realised when I booked that there was no check in desk. Was given to understand that our early arrival would mean that we had to drag our luggage around Rome until check in time. In fact we could have dropped it off, though only possible during office hours. Quirky apartment only suitable for the able bodied. Pretty terrace. Very pleasant stay on a quiet street but near to transport links at Spanish Steps.

Perfect location
The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Rome by foot. Almost everything within a maximum 35 min walk. Apartment is pleasant, especially for a city apartment, and has a nice roof terrace. It could use some updating but we only used it as a base so it was perfect for our needs. Staff were very helpful. They also organised our transport to and from the airport. The only downside was that you could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring apartments!
