Well located and excellent value
The location of the hotel was amazing, especially considering the very reasonable price. My room, being a single, was small, but clean and in good condition. The staff were most friendly and helpful The breakfast was not a buffet, which I would have preferred, but was more than adequate.

Excellent staff, very professional and accommodating. My single room, while small, was tidy and well appointed. Short walks to Trevi, Pantheon, Borghese Gardens; one block from the top of the Spanish steps, no climbing! A few blocks away from the snooty boutiques if that's of interest.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and a great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The hospitality was nice for my time to Italy. It’s a 25 min walk to Roma termini and definitely worth the walk.

Gregoriana is in an ideal location close by to the top of the Spanish Steps. Spaces—lobby, elevator, rooms—are a little tight, but are well laid out. It is a truly beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. Front desk is helpful. The only area for improvement is that breakfast is run inefficiently, some days verging on the chaotic. Other than that, the Gregoriana offers very much for very reasonable prices.

Very clean and quiet. Decor was lovely and bed was very comfortable. I arrived early to just drop off luggage and was offered an early check in. It was very near the top of the Spanish Steps and the Hotel Hassler. Felt safe as a female traveling alone.

Quaint hotel in the touristy area of Rome, walkable distances to most attractions. Smaller, traditional style rooms that give a cozy feel. Great service and kind staff.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Some of the front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. Room amenities were lacking - only one plug in the room, bathroom space was limited and simple things like face cloths, Kleenex and conditioner were not provided.

Lovely little hotel
This is a quaint little hotel very near the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. The neighborhood has lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an adorable balcony overlooking a courtyard. Free breakfast was plentiful and filling, The hotel also arranged to pick us up from the airport. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip
