Beautiful presented reception area with a smooth check in. Professional and friendly efficient reception staff who were happy to help from arranging tours to printing out boarding passes. Room cleaned daily. Quiet room. Mini fridge with complimentary water daily. Bed mattress a bit hard but we did sleep well Fabulous rooftop terrace for breakfast and evening drinks/ dining. Good breakfast choices hot and cold. Hot water dispenser could have been positioned away from coffee machine because you couldn't get to it because of the queue of coffee drinkers. Good quiet safe location with plenty of dining choices. Walkable to main sites, particularly Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Would stay here again. The stand out for us were the reception staff who made us feel so welcome.

Great service, in a quiet neighborhood!
The hotel overall was okay. The service was excellent but the hotel is old and could use updating. It was clean, but the rooms are dark and are out dated. The breakfast was okay and the roof top bar was okay. The neighborhood is great if you want a local feel! We ate at a wood burning oven pizza place and had gelato also at the neighborhood Gelateria! Also delicious! The neighborhood was quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of tourism. It’s definitely not a four star hotel. I would say from an American ranking… 2.5 stars. Maybe 3 stars at the most. We felt safe and the service was wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Great location within walking distance to many attractions and areas. Room was great and clean, staff friendly and helpful. The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast on the rooftop patio, which becomes a bar at night. We enjoyed breakfast and the bar every day. 10/10 would recommend.

Except for my personal preference of a softer bed, I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. Polite helpful staff. Live music at the roof top restaurant with skilled attentive chef. Meals I will never forget.

The property is well situated and an easy walk to the sites to see, Spanish steps, Colosseum, etc. Hotel has a lovely roof restaurant and bar with a good selection of snacks for lunch and mail meals. If there is one thing I would have liked to be improved it is the hot food choices for Breakfast, just scrambled eggs and mini sausages. Large selection of cereals cakes and salad though. All waiter service. Nice rooms and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arranged airport pickup with the hotel & we waited almost 2 hours for the car so we had to figure out our own way to the hotel. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, clean & friendly staff. Very close to all attractions & offer taxi services to sight see.
