Great Apartment and Owners
Only had a few days in Rome with the family and we chose this wonderful penthouse apartment overlooking the Colosseum. The owners we very gracious and helpful with checkin, helping us with bags and showing us around the apartment. We hit a snag with the hot water heater but they were able to get a plumber to fix it very quickly. I would stay here again.

The views!
I got some of the most amazing pictures from the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views and sunset. There are many many places nearby and we loved this stop in our Italy trip. The host communicated well and the accommodations were just what we needed for a family of 6. All we needed was a place to stay as we were going, going, going in Rome and this place was just perfect for us.

Amazing place to stay
Without exaggeration, this property is probably the best possible place to stay in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. The terrace is what makes an already wonderful place to stay incomparable. You simply can’t beat the view of the Colosseum and all of Rome around it. I will definitely try to book this place each time I come to Rome.

SHORT STAY IN ROME
Having stayed in Rome several times in the past few years, this was by far the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in. Centrally located, just a few steps from the Coliseum, Roman Forum and Metro Station made it extremely convenient. The photos from the listing are very accurate, that is the Coliseum you can look out at from the rooftop deck. The only complaint we had was with the low water pressure in the showers, totally understandable being on the top floor, but we managed just fine. There is an elevator, that is a welcome sight at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend staying at Superactic Apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Perfect Location
The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, the Metro, and many restaurants. Nikki was wonderful helping us get acquainted with the property at check-in, and continuing to communicate with us during our stay. The 6th floor location offered wonderful city views from the balcony. We would stay again.

Colossal Experience!
Stay here if you want to experience incredible views, palatial rooms as well as gracious hosts and a very walkable neighborhood.The apartment has everything you need, including coffee, which was a major bonus. Do not worry about the stairs, there is a lift that brings you to within a few steps of one of the best views in Rome. Huge spaces to spread out. Two private bedrooms and then another bed in an open area of the living room. Bathrooms are nicely updated, but maybe give it a minute or two to let the hot water reach the apartment when you shower.As a family of 4 we had all the space we needed, the convenient location helped kick off the grand tour of Rome and the area includes a number of excellent dining options as well as a grocery for any essentials. Grab a bottle of wine and a pizza and sit on the rooftop terrace to enjoy your view!

Amazing views
3 couples stayed on an overnight stopover in Rome. We chose this for location and it did not disappoint! Amazing views as described! A great location so close to the Colosseum we were able to walk over for our your. Apartment is located in the top floor, so anyone with ambulating issues should consider this. There is a small lift which will accommodate a couple of people and their luggage. It contains anything you’d need and very clean and comfortable. Check in with Nikki was a breeze. She was very friendly and informative, we appreciated her advice and cautions. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come again.

A Hidden Gem in Rome
Our stay in Rome was magnificent! The view from the top of the Terrace was breathtaking day and night. Nikkie helped our check-in in the seamless and even helped us get into the apartment when we had split up and the other part of our family had the keys. She was so accommodating! All the rooms were spacious and clean! The towel warmers in the bathroom were nice after cold days! Located in and idealSpot with lots to eat and places to shop! When in Rome again, we will be staying here!

Excellent location, great host
From the property, the Colosseum is visible. Large rooms very comfortable property. The unit is on the 6th floor. Sometimes the water pressure is low with limited hot water. The host is great and responds quickly. We had an afternoon flight, and they stored our luggage for several hours. Excellent customer service.

Wow! What a view!
We had an amazing stay and loved this quaint, quite Italian place. Nikkie was wonderful helping us get acclimated and checked in quickly. We had the very best stay of our three week trip through Greece and Italy here. No question or doubt about it. It was so fantastic that we decided to extend our stay since it was available for a few extra days. The inside of the apartment was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! The views from every window as well as the fantastic terrace were truly stunning!! Every day we tried to be back from touring by sunset because the picturesque sights of the colosseum, the wedding cake building and the city scape in general were positively indescribable. Talk about a picture being worth a thousand words! To top it off Candy, who is the host and owner, is undoubtedly the most friendly, patient and quick to respond hostess we have ever had the pleasure of working with. In addition we want to mention that Nikkie, who is the housekeeper, was always available when she was needed and gave us wonderful recommendations of where to eat and shop and how best to get around town. Additionally the location can’t be beat. We are hoping to be able to return in a couple of years and stay here the whole time taking day trips to the surrounding areas that we want to visit. Anyone blessed enough to be able to stay here is truly blessed 🙏❣️

Great stay close to the Colosseum
We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed this prime location. The apartment is great and relatively easy to find. Our host met us and oriented us to the apartment and building. The location and number of beds worked great for us. Only things to note is the shower pressure is pretty non existent and finding parking was a pain at times. But a great place and would recommend.

Super Amazing
We were getting off a cruise so we arrived at 9:00 am Nicki the housekeeper met us, carried our luggage and arranged to store our bags. When we arrived back at the house our luggage was in our rooms. The view from the bedrooms and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. Literally steps from the Coliseum and cute little places to grab a bite.

Nikki was just an amazing person, so helpful and welcoming. She met us at the door, helped us get settled and even checked in on us throughout our stay. Great View in Rome
The property was very clean and comfortable. The shared terrace had an excellent view of the top of the Colosseum. We enjoyed taking our wine out to the terrace and getting away from the crowds on the street below. The building has a small lift/elevator so you do not have to hike up 5 flights of stairs. This is a great perk after walking around Rome all day.
