Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Room was clean. Great facilities such as spa treatments, pool, daily breakfast and the afternoon tea was a great perk. Highly recommend.

It was efficient, comfortable and friendly. For a westerner breakfast lacked fruit and cereal breadth. No real dining options in house but fine in the area so no real issue. Good free afternoon high tea. Lack of wine by the glass poor IMO.

Great hotel and superb location. Loved their pool and afternoon tea. Only issue was the noise from the construction ongoing during the day but overall great experience and will highly recommend!

The hotel is right by the popular street (Nguyen Hue) which filled with lots of shopping and restaurants. Only downside is how they made their bathroom, we knew going in based on previous reviews- but the shower area because they made the curtain peremable to water be careful where you spray it or else whole floor will be wet. It’s also design they made. Overall, excellent service and very convenient.

This hotel was in a perfect position, walkable to both the main tourist areas as well as where the locals live and eat. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entrance to the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was nice, had the basics of what you need to start the day and change ups to the menu each morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, on level 9 I couldn’t hear street noise which was great. Would recommend and return.

Good location, spacious room, nice staff. The bathroom is old and needs upgrade. It was impossible to take a shower without the water running in the bathroom floor. The pool is nice and clean and well appreciated to cool off at the end of a hot day.

This is a good hotel in downtown HCMC, Vietnam. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good and the food was fine too. I booked the hotel with flights from and to UK, and the cost was very reasonable. I was happy to spend 5 nights there and would recommend it to others.

We spend the first week of our 3 week trip to Vietnam here. This is a wonderful hotel with a very nice breakfast. They also offer free afternoon tea 2 - 4. The locations is close to MANY food, coffee, shops etc. We felt safe walking around and there is money exchange a few shops down. The best part of the hotel are the staff. They are all so friendly and speak adequate to above average English. Daisy from the front desk is the one that stand out the most to me. She helped checked us in and made us feel welcome right away. Upon learning we had a early flight when we check out, she offer to have pack breakfast for our party (because we would be leaving before breakfast is served). This is unprompted and really started our stay at the hotel on the right foot. Each time we saw her she always had a warm greeting and asked us about our day and made recommendations for things to do. All the gentlemen at the door were also very helpful with luggages and provided a warm welcome each time we see them. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
