Ive stayed there a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Being a solo traveller the friendliness of staff is very important, this time that wasnt apparent. They were very rushed and often had to wait for servive. Being disabled the table servicr i had before was important. Ididnt feel compfortable and checked out a day early

Great hotel
A really nice hotel in the centre of Romsey. Parking was easy and only a minute or two from the hotel. Service was great and breakfast very tasty. Will stay again.

Lovely room and as always had some quirky features that come with an older property like sash windows and sloppy floors in places. Fabulous staff, very welcoming. Gorgeous upholstery as well around the hotel.

Lovely hotel but food needs improvement,.
It’s a lovely hotel. Good position and lovely staff. Breakfast very disappointing. Poor quality food. Due to I suspect cost cutting . Not the best full English we have had. Restaurant choices need improving. I find the mattresses very firm in this hotel

Beautiful hotel with lovely individual rooms.
Love this hotel,fabulous suite. Always a warm friendly welcome. Great location, no parking but not an issue for us. Good restaurant, with plenty of places nearby to eat. One of our favourite hotels to stay in. Highly recommend.
