Dated and needs improvement
The hotel was just ok. The bed was decent. The rugs were dirty. The decor is dated. It needs some modern improvement. Breakfast was good. Probably wouldnt stay again. Most other hotels were sold out so we settled for this one.

Both negative and positive reviews are correct
We took a chance having read both positive and negative reviews, and we had both a negative and positive experience. Our first room was terrible, the A/c didn't work and it was a muggy sauna. We asked if there was anything that could be done, and after recognizing there was no thermostat to help, we were moved to another room. The new room was spacious and had working a/c.

It was close to everything, and the staff was great. Many first responders and support people for the local fires so the hotel looks to be doing its best to handle the extra traffic. It served us for what we needed and that's a place to sleep!!!!

I’m glad I only stayed one night. The room was completely dirty! I’m almost sure the sheets were not washed because they still had chip crumbs in them from previous guests. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair was all over the shower wall and tub. The shower head was green and knob was hanging off the wall. All the towels were wrinkled like if they had been used and just hung back up. The carpet was not only stained but looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The only positive thing this hotel has going for them is the breakfast was good. I plan on visiting Roswell more often but this is one place I will definitely not be staying at again.

Good place, needs to work on cleanliness.
There were many flaming hot Cheetos all around the door to my room that should have been cleaned up well before I got there, as I arrived late in the evening. Loved the selection for the continental breakfast. The Alien Room being right next to the Presidential Suite was a nice detail. Good hotel!

The day shift front desk man was rude. Rori in the afternoon was helpful. Our bathtub did not drain so you had to stand in dirty water while showering.
