Hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. The whole A/C system was down and by looks of notices everywhere it has been for a while! The toiletries provided are substandard. Lastly, the extraction vent in the bathroom must be linked to the kitchen because the room had a constant smell of curry coming in through the vent.

Arrived and checked in our car, receptionist very helpful with my using computer. Enjoyed day in Leicester with our son. Returned for shower. Out for meal. Drink on return, beer and hot chocolate, very good. Slept well, if bed tucked in for people under 5'10". Good breakfast. Helpful reception. Good stay, we will be back.

The stay at this hotel wax outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated caringly and respectfully. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very light and airy and exactly what we needed. Breakfast was excellent and had everything from English breakfast, to croissants to cereal or just toast Spot on and 10/10 to all staff

We had already paid you £188 for 2 nights, on arrival reception said we hadn't paid and charged us a further £159, after reviewing my online banking we returned to reception and was told " OH WELL " you should get it back within 7 days, totally unprofessional, also we stayed here in December and due to conditioning issues the room was very cold, we understand that these things happen but they still have the same problem 3 months on, REALLY!!!

Excellent hotel and location but the Wi-Fi in the bedroom (4th floor) was very poor. I have stayed here a few times and the internet is always an issue. I believe it’s to do with the area and the football interference. Overall, 5g hotspot works fine. I would still recommend this hotel. I was privileged in receiving a room facing the stadium was truly an exceptional view.

Poor breakfast.
Hotel and staff lovely and very clean. Only downside was the lack of choice at breakfast. Bacon and sausage poor quality. No pastries, no choice of yoghurt flavours. Only fruit was tinned oranges or an apple. No dried fruit. Continental option seemed to be a sole mini blueberry muffin. Very disappointed.

The location is spot on for the football ground , condition is rather shabby but does the job Breakfast was really good, hot and fresh! Good place to stay for the stadium ! Would use again.
