What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!

Good location, walkable from Rotterdam central station but also only a few steps away from the tram stop which goes directly to the station. Quiet location with lots of restaurant options around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I asked a stupid question about why I needed the elevators to get to my room on the first floor (in North America first floor = ground floor), the receptionist was patient in explaining to me. They also helped answer questions about transportation around the city. It’s a great value property.

Fantastic!
We loved this hotel. There was a warm welcome and we had a beautiful family room with outdoor space accessible from it. The room was really well-equipped with a coffee machine that made lovely coffee, hair dryer and loads of towels. Location was fantastic with easy access to the city sights. Really recommend this hotel.

We were upgraded to a huge apartment, with a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Lots of space, and great for us, as I am an early riser and hate disturbing the others. BUT the apartment was at the top of 3 Dutch staircases. Lots of stairs here.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The rest of the hotel is different from what is shown on the pictures. The train station takes 15 minutes to walk to or costs €4.50 tram/bus ride for 2 stops.
