We stayed at Victoria Park Lodge while in Leamington Spa for a gig, great stay, very quiet guest house and lovely breakfast in the morning. Have already booked to stay again, looking forward to it.

What a great place and super value for money. Really close to town centre. Tastefully decorated room with good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk ets. Good size room, bathroom and great Smart tv. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We‘d definitely stay here again.
Nice vintage place with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast made to order was wonderful. Pub around the corner (The Cricketers) across from the bowling green was recommended by our host and had excellent food.

Lovely place to stay.
Lovely and clean and excellent service from all staff encountered. The bed was a little hard for us, but fine for a night. Definitely would recommend this and very convenient for walking into the town.
