Great Hotel
Stunning hotel, great location with fabulous viewing. Hotel staff very friendly breakfast are amazing only criticism room 18 needs new carpets and pillows other than that highly recommended

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Staff very pleasant but seemed very short - all multi tasking in different areas. Waited a while for food but when it came, was excellent quality and presentation. Walkable to town

Hotel was great, brilliantly situated for where we needed to be in the town. Ten minute walk from the Assembly Hall theatre. Our room was lovely and big, reasonably priced and breakfast was delicious. Only issues were that I think our room was under a water tank as there were some loud noises around 6am and 7am that went on for a while and sounded like a water tank. It was very windy and some of the windows rattled a little too. Otherwise all good and we enjoyed our stay.

The Royal Wells is an overall charming historic hotel that has been refurbished nicely. Not a far walk (5-10 min) into town and the Pantiles which was fantastic. The included breakfast was fantastic and the service was efficient and friendly. The price was fantastic overall. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Frindle staff - but a few more needed!
The food and room were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful - it could just do with a few more staff around. They always seemed to have the dame staff on and they were tired - although they were not saying anything you could see in their faces - but all were friendly and cheerful in spite of this - would happily stay there again if we were in the area.*****

We have now finished our stay and have loved every minute ❤️. We had a lot of trouble with our train I have ASD and some other things that made travelling and things very stressful - I felt I could relax here - which I really really could, and we phoned to let them know we would be late - a member of staff waited until 1:30am for us to arrive, opened the door for us and made sure we were all settled. Our room was beautiful and clean, really comfy bed!!! And the food is phenomenal. Can’t say enough good things about this place!! 😁 Hopefully we get the chance to come back, thank you for having us to stay at your lovely hotel 😊
