The staff was incredibly friendly in the pool at Ocean suites was a large enough to accommodate all of the guests with the convenient swim up bar. Great choices for restaurants. Clean and beautifully renovated rooms right off the beach for gorgeous views. Can’t recommend enough!

This hotel was great. Kind personnel and nice, open spaces to feel the breeze, but protected from the sun. The access to Flamingo Island proved invaluable. The location also positions you well to walk about and visit shops and other interests.

Staff was super friendly, food was great, pools & the private island were amazing. Only issue we ran into was our balcony door wouldn’t open on 2 occasions. They sent an engineer who quickly fixed it. The island was by far our favorite spot with the flamingos, iguanas, and super friendly service with amazing views & beaches. Highly recommend

We stood here for 6 nights 7 days. Stood on the adult side- loved that dining options and pool option was open til 11pm. We selected the all inclusive which was a great choice. Staffing was informative and friendly and the food was delicious, even off the resort. The boat from the lobby to the island was the best and so convenient! LOVED the island as we spend most of our time there. We will definitely back, highly recommended!

My husband and I have loved this property for 11 years and have stayed here 5 different times so writing this review really saddens me. The Marriott organization is doing a massive disservice to the patrons of the hotel by making it a complete money grab in a multitude of ways. They have now implemented fees upon fees upon fees upon fees for EVERYTHING. Resort fees are not a new concept and while we want this resort to thrive, charging $65 tax a day resort fees with absolutely no actual new service is just plain robbery. For this, just increase the room prices. 🙄 Furthermore, the overwhelming amount of "day trip" ticket buyers has destroyed both the private island beach and the once beautiful "dinner on the beach" experience for the paying hotel guests... Especially when cruise ships dock 😭. PLEASE Marriott, revisit this decision! Repeat customers cherish the tranquility of these expediences and "day trip" patrons have turn these things into a complete CIRCUS! 💔 Compounded by the sharp decline in front desk hospitality and reliable housekeeping, this resort has gone from a shining star to a lackluster experience. This reality is tragic because this property and their private island literally felt like heaven on earth for a long time. Now it just feels exploitative to those longing for what once was.😩

OVERRATED! Rude staff. I had the all inclusive package and couldn’t order certain drinks or food off the menu. Food and Drinks were HORRIBLE! Not worth the money. Resort fee was expensive as well.
