Sagami is an awesome place to visit, however, accommodation in in the town centre is very limited. You're sure to have a better chance finding a place to stay at any of the 4 options within 10 kilometres.
The Jinya Ryokan and Oiso Prince Hotel are some decent options if you intend to stay close to the main streets.
Although it is 18 kilometres from the main center, Hakone Hot Springs is definitely worth checking out. It's got 14 places to pick from, Yamagaso and Hakone Yumoto Onsen Tenseien.
For some alternatives, try out the Gora Tensui and the Furuya Ryokan. They are 20 kilometres and 30 kilometres respectively from the main center.
