Walk just around the corner to the broad, sandy expanse of Sagamore Beach when you escape to this beautiful, light-filled home for the summer. After a day of swimming, take in a partial view of Cape Cod Bay from the great room and the deck that runs the length of the house.

This three-story home boasts a prime location, just about 500 feet from Sagamore Beach itself. You'll also be less than three miles from Scusset Beach State Reservation. With the Sagamore Bridge only two miles south, this is a wonderful home base for exploring the Upper Cape. Sandwich (six miles), Mashpee (13 miles), and Falmouth (21 miles) are all close by, each offering great shopping, dining, and beaches for swimming and lounging.

Come home each afternoon to rinse off in the outdoor shower and make use of the lovely outdoor spaces. Relax with cold drinks on the deck overlooking the ocean, set the table on the patio for an alfresco dinner, and pull up a seat to the firepit as the sun begins to set.

The great room is up on the top floor, maximizing the coastal sunlight and the view of Cape Cod Bay. Gaze through the telescope out the back wall of windows, cook with ease and comfort in the open kitchen, and gather for family meals at the dining room table. For after-dinner entertainment, stream movies on the smart TV, play cards in the window-lined sunroom, or head downstairs to play Ping-Pong, darts, wall Scrabble, or Connect Four in the basement game room.

Nighttime accommodations include a primary suite on the top floor, two traditional bedrooms and a private room (without a closet) on the first floor, and an additional bed in the basement game room. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
