Totally unhelpful and terrible experience.
I'm afraid to report that this was the most rudest, unhelpful and unfriendly experience I have ever had. After a 5 hour drive we arrived at the house which was all shut up, We called the number several times and eventually after about an hour the phone was answered in a very abrupt manner. I explained that we had traveled a long way and had our two young children and our dog in the car and that the house was shut. The woman said that she would not be there for another hour. The place is in the wilds so I explained that my children needed to use the toilet and the dog and we were very hot in the car as it was 30c. I asked if she could help us, the woman refused and hung up. We called back, this time greeted by an even ruder man who said something about the English, said he would not help and hung up. We decided that this was not the type of stay we wanted or expected and ended up traveling our next leg on the same day to Barcelona. I sincerely hope nobody experiences the blatant rudeness and shock that we had. We have not received any refund or apology/ explanation.

Un hƓtel do it yourself...
A l'arrivĆ©e on voit que les photos rendaient mieux... il faut demander un kit serviettes en plus nous sommes 4 et il en manque. Le tĆ©lĆ©phone de la chambre ne marche plus la lumiĆØre une fois allumĆ©e ne s'Ć©teindra plus. Le patron rĆ©pare en retirant l'ampoule. La piscine est petite et il faut passer soi mĆŖme un coup de nettoyage pour pouvoir s'y baigner. Le restaurant est par contre trĆØs sympa il comporte un coin de jeux pour les enfants. La carte est originale, les plats savoureux.

Nous avions prĆ©vu de passer 1 nuit dans le beau pays d'HĆ©rault, sur le chemin du retour des vacances d'Espagne (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 4,5 ans)... Nous nous sommes retrouvĆ©s dans une demeure mal entretenue, quelconque, malodorante, une piscine Ć  eau trouble, dans une chambre spartiate, avec des branches d'arbres mal taillĆ©es qui gĆŖnaient la fermeture des volets, sans aucune insonorisation, un service plus que moyen et un petit dĆ©jeuner pris sur une terrasse poussiĆ©reuse, avec en prime des biscuits petit beurre sous blister, mais pĆ©rimĆ©s depuis plus de 6 MOIS... sympathique pour les enfants. Les explications fournies par le gĆ©rant Ć©taient incomprĆ©hensibles concernant la fraĆ®cheur des victuailles servies. Nous n'avons pas dĆ®nĆ©, les odeurs de la salle de restaurant ne nous y engageaient guĆØre. La vue de cette propriĆ©tĆ© est "jolie" et imprenable sur l'arriĆØre garage du voisin. En conclusion: A EVITER CLAIREMENT!

Accueil: aucun! Sans compter l agressivitƩ de Mme!!! Environnement et service: grand laisser aller....et c'est peu dire! Insonorisation des chambres.... A revoir: nous avons ƩtƩ rƩveillƩ par le tƩlƩphone de la chambre d a cƓtƩ, pourtant sur vibreur!!! A chacun ses goƻts, mais pour nous tant sur l accueil lamentable, les extƩrieurs et la chambre, ce sera " plus jamais"!!

Imaginez une charmante auberge, superbement entretenue, dont le calme, l'amĆ©nagement, l'environnement, la restauration digne des plus grands chefs , la carte des vins enivrante, un accueil et une sympathie des plus chaleureux, dignes des chĆ¢telains qui le gĆØrent. Un moment de bonheur, durant lequel le temps semble s'arrĆŖter, et tout cela, sans mĆŖme avoir eu le temps de visiter les environs. L'excellence, Ć  un prix plus que raisonnable.
