This apartment accommodates 4 people and a baby, it is located on the ground floor, overlooks a small sunny courtyard and surrounded by fishermen's houses. Quiet neighborhood, opposite the Parc des Corbières, its beach, near the historic site of Solidor Tower and its beaches, the city of Alet where the view is sumptuous. Bars, restaurants, market and shops of St Servan are within walking distance in just a few minutes, as well as the ramparts of St Malo. Parking is free.

Très joli petit cottage mais confortable, surtout le lit. Cuisine bien équipée, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court séjour. La seule critique concerne la hauteur de la douche si votre mobilité est compromise. Violaine hôtesse, très sympathique et serviable

Logement très humide et très sombre, la chambre très petite, à peine si on peut entrer dans lit. Le drap housse d'un autre âge trop petit pour le lit. Pas de couette, que de vulgaires draps et couvertures très vieux. Pas de télévision, décodeur en panne ! Le robinet de la douche grippé et difficile à régler. Table toute petite, tout juste si on peut manger à deux.La cafetière, on en parle pas ! Vis à vis avec l'entourage et mauvaise insonorisation. Plus de place pour se garer après 18 heures ! ( je me suis garé sur le trottoir ) Nous avons vécu la pire expérience depuisque nous partons en vacances !

Bretagne ist lohnenswert
Die Unterkunft ist recht einfach und wer hygienisch empfindlich ist, hätte sich vielleicht schwer getan. Vor allem der muffige Gericht war störend. Ansonsten alles notwendige da. Der Innenhof hat Atmosphäre und die Lage ist gut. Der Vermieter war flexibel und unkompliziert und hatte sehr nett Anregungen für die Erkundung der Umgebung.

Un emplacements Idéale !
Une fois le parking trouvé, qui est gratuit dans ce secteur, tout se fait à pied, à condition d'avoir tout de mêmes de bonne chaussures. L'appartement est équipé de l'essentiel et c'est largement suffisant. Le voisinage est très accueillant aussi. L'appartement est situé dans une petite cour en copropriété ce qui permet aux enfants de ne pas avoir accès à la chaussée directement. Pile en face du parc des Corbières, à deux pas d'une petite plage (solidor), deux pas de plus et vous êtes au bas sablon, et 10 minutes à pieds d'intra-muros. Bref prennez tout de même un gillet même s'il fait soleil et en avant pour de belle promenades. Encore merci à Violaine et Patrick pour l'accueil.

Appartement pratique et fonctionnel même si un peu sombre . Très bon accueil. Un bon plan pour éviter la cohue intra-muros. Point bonus pour la petite table au soleil dans la cour.
