Solidor Apartment
We really enjoyed our few days in this well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there was a garden we could enjoy. Also - the private parking was an added bonus - as the square outside was often full. In fact - we only used the car once during the 5 days we were there. It was an easy level walk into the city of St Malo which we could explore without the hassle of parking.. One of the days we took the boat from St Malo on the short trip (10 mins) to Dinard - well worth a visit. There are several good restaurants close by the apartment too. We tried 2 of them. The square where the apartment is situated was quiet too - away from the bustle of St Malo (intra murs). We would definitely return. Thank you Lysiane.

Such a relief!
Compared to our previous accommodation, this apartment was immaculate. It was very clean, tidy with quality equipment and was in a beautiful location. Secure parking and use of a private garden led to us having a restorative and relaxing week's stay. Our hostess Mme Lysiane was so welcoming and catered for our every need. Would wholeheartedly recommend this absolute gem of an apartment.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped flat in a quiet but great location. Easy walk to nice restaurants and great shops and don't miss the market on Friday! Helpful and friendly reception, we hope to visit again soon.

Perfectly positioned property
Very comfortable, well-equipped property with the benefit of a sheltered sunny garden, and lovely weather to make the most of it. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the walled city of St Malo are within walking distance, but the peninsula itself is very attractive. We would highly recommend this as a base, with or without a car.

Nous avons passé 3 jours très sympathiques dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé , calme, fonctionnel et propre. L'accueil est sympathique (vive la Bretagne) et tout est à disposition, dont le jardin ce qui a été pratique pour nos deux garçons de 3 et 5 ans. Bon rapport qualité/prix au final.

My wife, two grown-up daughters and I stayed here for three days. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is on the ground floor of an attractive building in the square about 20 metres from the beach/harbour of Solidor - near Le Tour. One of the reasons I chose it was because it has parking in a locked driveway behind the apartment although we didn't actually use it as it was easy enough to park right outside in the square where the car was perfectly safe. We found Solidor itself to be a very attractive place in its' own right - very few tourists and so, much more "French" than St Malo which is about a twenty minute walk away along the coast. Lysiane, who has one of the other apartments in the house, was extremely helpful., particularly when allowing us to arrive at 2:00am with no problems. The next day, she recommended places for us to visit and eat at and then kindly made reservations where necessary. A very enjoyable stay and one we would certainly do again.

Les photos sur le site ne reflètent que partiellement le charme de cet appartement chaleureux et décoré avec le meilleur goût. Spacieux, très bien équipé, les chambres disposent de nombreux rangements fort appréciables. L’accès au jardin partagé où l’on peut garer sa voiture est un plus. Idéalement situé à 30mn de marche de Saint-Malo ”intra-muros”, il permet de faire d’agréables ballades aux alentours. Une brasserie très chaleureuse, en face de la place permet de s’y restaurer le midi (snack le soir), et le front de mer dispose d’agréables crêperies et restaurants très abordables. Lysiane est une hôte chaleureuse, très à l’écoute et disponible, qui met à disposition un recueil des meilleures adresses de la région. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.À recommander inconditionnellement.

Très bon sejour
Le logement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux, la petite vue mer de la pièce est fort appréciable. L'appartement est situé en coin de rue mais le double vitrage est très bon et l'emplacement sur une place le rend silencieux la nuit. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Lysiane sont un plus, l'accès au jardin et à la table de ping ont été appréciés par les enfants.

Appartement confortable et propre, très bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Idéalement situé dans la cité d'Alet, quartier plein de charme où commerces restaurants et promenades en bord de mer sont accessibles à pied. Een mooie plek om St Malo te verkennen.
We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement. Alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig. De verhuurder was makkelijk bereikbaar en attent. Problemen, zoals het niet werken van de deur van de parkeerplaats, werden snel opgelost. Een mooie, rustige plek met een fijne tuin op loopafstand van het strand.

Week-end long de l’Ascension. Séjour en famille ( 2 adultes et une adolescente) L’appartement est en excellent état, bien équipé et bien decoré avec terrasse et jardin Il est situé dans un très beau quartier de Saint Malo ( cité Alet / tour Solidor) calme et agréable , avec un parking à l’intérieur du jardin. Ce logement est très bien placé, proche de la citadelle de Saint Malo mais sans les contraintes (circulation, monde) donc emplacement calme, proche des plages et de belles balades à pied à faire. Le secteur de la tour Solidor est un incontournable.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in St. Malo
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar im schönen Vorort St. Servan. Toll ist der eigene Parkplatz und in der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden und sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Ist auf jeden Fall ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.
