 come and relax in a haven of peace in the ideal location:
In the countryside and only 1/2 hour from the sea, the beautiful beaches of Binic, Rosaires or the Pink Granite Coast. Located in a town of 380 inhabitants, on the edge of the departmental forest of Avaugour and Bois Meur (equipped with hiking trails, cycle paths, horse riding, etc.).
But yet 1/4 hour from Guingamp: all major commercial brands, supermarkets, cinema, ... or 1/2 hour from Saint-Brieuc.
If you are a fan of fishing, you can also have fun taking pretty roaches or trying to take out a nice tench that will give you a hard time! Fishing in NO KILL only.
On a 1.4 hectare plot, the house offers you from its 65 m² living room and its terrace of more than 40 m² a superb view of the countryside and its private pond (fishing possible on request and in "no kill" ") Ground fenced at height 1. 50 m for your animals and no risks for children.

Mooi huis met prachtige tuin maar afgelegen
Zoals gezegd een mooi huis met een goede keuken en badkamer. Beneden een kleine slaapkamer met voor ons een te klein bed en veel te weinig kastruimte zelfs voor 2 personen. Dat was jammer. Wel een mooie ruime huiskamer met veel zitruimte. Ideaal voor een gezin met kinderen.

Très bon réveillon entre amis
Nous avons passé deux nuits avec un groupe d’amis. L‘annonce est fidèle à la location. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. La cheminée en hiver est vraiment un plus ainsi que le billard qui a bien occupé nos soirées au près du feu. L’hôte est très accueillante et sympathique. Une adresse à retenir pour de futurs séjours.

Erholung und Sehenswürdigkeiten pur
Sehr freundlicher Empfung durch die Vermieterin. Durch die ruhige Lage des Hauses mit sehr großen und schönen, naturbelassenen Garten war die Erholung garantiert. Guingamp (Tourismusbüro sehr zu empfehlen) in der Nähe ist sehenswert und lädt zum Einkauf auf dem Wochenmarkt und in den kleinen Geschäften ein. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut innerhalb 1Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Wald (super gekennzeichnete Wanderwege) in nur 3 min mit dem Auto entfernt und ist für Naturliebhaber ein Muss. Die drei Wochen sind wie im Flug vergangen und wir (mit Hund) kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

L annonce est bien fidèle à la location. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Le parc est superbe avec une grande mare et un ruisseau. L hote est tres sympathique. Voiture indispensable car au calme en pleine campagne, pleins d activites dans les environs. Cerise sur le gateau les chiens sont acceptés. Merci beaucoup Madame pour notre sejour.

Balades en forêt, visite de Guingamp , cité agréable . Nous recommandons cette belle maison . L’escalier d’accès à la 3 eme chambre en rez-de-jardin est un peu raide, sinon la maison est bien équipée et agréable .

Très agréable séjour dans une maison spacieuse, très lumineuse. Le jardin, la terrasse sont parfaits, très belle vue. Le billard, le salon ont été très appréciés. l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
Mon séjour dans cette maison de vacances à Saint-Péver a été absolument merveilleux. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et paisible de la Bretagne, offrant une atmosphère idéale pour se ressourcer et se détendre. La maison elle-même est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le jardin est magnifique, offrant une vue imprenable sur les environs et un endroit idéal pour se détendre en plein air. Je recommande vivement cette maison de vacances à Saint-Péver en Bretagne pour ceux qui cherchent à s'échapper de la ville et à se détendre dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Ein sehr schönes Haus
Wir haben zweieinhalb Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal für mehrere Leute oder befreundete Familien. Die Bilder des Inserates treffen es sehr genau. Der Garten ist riesig. WLAN Verbindung super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen negative Sache gibt es leider. Ist allerdings schnell zu beheben. Die Küche hat in den Schränken dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig. Deshalb auch nur vier Sterne, obwohl es eigentlich 5 verdienen würde. Der Rest des Hauses war sauber.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé quelque jours dans cette belle maison! Quand nous sommes arrivés, la maison était propre et bien agencée. Il y a une vu agréable sur un étang avec une belle terrasse. La propriétaire est ponctuelle et arrangeante. Merci de nous avoir fait confiance !

Maison confortable et dans un environnement calme et agréable. Contact très cordial avec la propriétaire. Une petite remarque mais pour laquelle les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien, la réception téléphone (Orange et SFR) est très faible et ne permet pas ou très peu la connexion internet et le débit de la box orange sur place est lent.

Un beau gachis dommage !
Les draps ne sont pas fournis ( non spécifié dans l’annonce ) et chez ces gens là, un malentendu du samedi soir est valable pour toute la durée de la location ! Allez donc trouver des draps un samedi soir à 20h !... La maison est sale : de la lunette des WC de l’entrée à l’intérieur du frigo en passant par le sol de la cuisine, idem pour le barbecue dont la grille est encore enduite de graisses et le réservoir plein de cendres. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau reste quand même une tache de caillot de sang sur la couette de la chambre du haut ! ( ce qui tente à penser que nous n’étions pas les premiers à devoir dormir sans literie ). Il n’y a pas deux mais une salle de bain et deux wc séparés. Le siphon de la douche de l’unique salle de bain était à moitié bouché dès le début de notre séjour. Dans l’annonce, il est spécifié que vous pouvez pécher mais n’oubliez pas votre canne à pèche. Conclusion : cette maison offre un réel potentiel gâché par une d’hygiène plus que approximative Dommage !

Encore merci à Marie-France, logement à conseiller les yeux fermés, endroit idéal pour les enfants avec tous les jeux prévus, le billard qui a animé toute la famille et la maison super bien agencée (intimité des chambres, grand living lumineux) vraiment rien à dire juste encore merci.

Une semaine au vert !
La maison de Saint Pever est jolie, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Sa terrasse a bien plus aux parents et son grand terrain a permis aux enfants de bien se défouler ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles, bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine !

Calme et espace
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'agencement de la maison qui permet à 3 couples d'avoir chacun son intimité. Et aussi les grands espaces intérieur et extérieur. Nous avons aimé le calme, les sorties en forêt et les visites dont celle du zoo de Trégomeur qui a enchanté notre petite fille. Par contre la voiture reste indispensable. C'est une très belle région, les propriétaires sont sumpathiques et très serviables.
