I put one star for the staff because almost everyone we talked to and asked questions were so rude with their responses. At one point a woman tried to tell my husband he was lying about the pool being closed even though there was a sign saying closed. They were rude to my kids as well. Also, when i booked the hotel it said breakfast was included and then we found out it wasn't and we had to pay. If its not included it shouldn't say that.

Staff was very rude at check in and check out which other guests also conplained about. There was no elevator service to the second floor where our room was located. No bellhop service was offered so i to haul luggage for myself and 2 children upstairs. When we got to our room and entered there was a very distinct musty smell. Hair in sink and tub, no mattress cover and fitted sheet that didn't even fit the king mattress correctly. The twin beds in rhe room were not actuality twin beds and my kids feet hung over the edge.The cleanliness of the room and hallways left a lot to be desired. We were also only left 1 washcloth in the bathroom for 3 people. Overall disappointing
