Was told we be charged for early check in. Front desk staff was rude upon arrival. The water park was NOT free, there was an additional charge. There was a church using one of the banquette rooms on Sunday morning playing very loud music at 8am. None of the housekeeping staff understand english so we were asking the front desk daily for the same items daily! Would not stay here's again or recommend it.

Room was clean and quiet. We had the breakfast one morning (2x18 each for $36) and noticed a second restaurant charge of over $40. on our receipt. After talking to 3 people we were told we would receive a refund to our credit card, this remains to be seen.
