Charming house in a very quiet street located 5 kilometers from the large beach of ChĆ¢telaillon-Plage stretched over 3 kilometers of sand. We are 20 minutes from La Rochelle and 30 minutes from the Ile de RĆ©. Ultra modern Thalasso renovated in 2018, aquatic center and daily market in ChĆ¢telaillon-Plage.
This single storey house with an area of 40m2 has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed whose French window gives access to a garden bordered by plants in large colorful pots. A double sofa bed is available in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a television and wifi.
Garden furniture and barbecue are available. Private parking space. Animals are welcome.
Hearty breakfasts on request (6 euros per person).
